Redevelopment Project in Old Town Saginaw, Michigan

This project will have 4 phases:

Phase 1:  4 Loft-Condominiums - Townhouse Style

Phase 2:  3 Loft-Condominiums + Large Indoor Parking Ramp

Phase 3:  4-8 Loft-Condominiums + Ballroom +Retail Space +Atrium

Phase 4:  2 Loft-Condominiums + Retail Space
